With a brand new look, the decor isn’t the only new thing at Dublin dining hotspot Pichet.
Renowned for their modern take on the classic bistro, Pichet have just launched a fresh, seasonal summer menu, celebrating the best of local and seasonal produce.
Head Chef Stephen Gibson has created the vibrant new menu to reflect the very best of seasonal vegetables. Starters include Heritage Tomatoes and Toonsbridge Mozzarella with Basil, Sourdough and Toasted Nuts or the popular Tuna with Avocado, Soya & Ginger Dressing, Cucumber and Sesame.
Summer is shining through the main courses too with an Organic Salmon served with Chargrilled Broccoli, Iberico Ham Croquettes, Smoked Aubergine and Ricotta or the Spring Lamb Rump with punchy Garlic Potato Mousseline, Green Beans, Chimichurri and Confit Tomato.
Indluge your summery sweet tooth with a classic Crème Brûlée and a creamy Panna Cotta and Strawberrries proving especially popular with summer diners.
To celebrate their recent facelift and the reopening of the restaurant, Pichet have also launched a series of guest chef appearances, Friends of Pichet. One Sunday each month, a talented Irish chef will be invited to Dublin for a very special service. Chosen for their outstanding talent and culinary achievements, the next guest chef will be Patrick Powell, head chef at the renowned Chiltern Firehouse who will be appearing at the end of August.
