Planning a trip to Taste of Dublin this year? The full 2026 line-up has just dropped, and it might be the festival’s best food line-up yet.
Returning to Merrion Square from June 11th–14th, Taste of Dublin is bringing four days of restaurants, cocktails, chef demos, live music and immersive food experiences to the city, with more than 50 chefs and culinary names involved across the weekend.
So, if you’re wondering what’s actually worth eating, drinking and booking ahead of time, here’s where we’d start.
What to Eat
The restaurant line-up this year is seriously strong, with plenty of dishes already looking like guaranteed sell-outs.
Some early standouts include:
- Achara’s Grilled Hang Lay Duck on Duck Fat Roti
- Chimac x Sicín Sásta’s Margarita Wings and loaded Chimac Poutine
- Daata’s famous Butter Chicken
- BIG FAN’s braised Irish beef shin and dumplings
- BAH33 x Teeling Whiskey’s live-fire Brazilian BBQ
- King Sitric Oyster Bar’s legendary Howth oysters
There’s also Italian comfort food from Bar Italia, South Indian dishes from Dosa Dosa, Levantine plates from Shaku Maku and West African flavours from IBILE.
What to Drink
The drinks side of Taste is looking bigger than ever this year too.
Expect:
- Frozen Irish coffees at the Teeling Whiskey Bar
- St-Germain Hugo Spritz masterclasses
- Cocktail sessions with Bar 1661’s Dave Mulligan
- Glendalough Distillery gin experiences
- Wine tastings at the SuperValu Specially Sourced Wine Experience
- Craft pours at the O’Hara’s Beer Village
There’ll also be plenty of complimentary tastings and pop-up bars scattered throughout the festival site.
