Iconic New York Irish pub group The Dead Rabbit has announced a return to Ireland this summer with a rare, one-night-only pop-up in Pig’s Lane, Killarney for an exclusive collaboration from 7pm – 9pm on Thursday 4th June.

In what will be The Dead Rabbit’s only takeover event during their visit to Ireland this summer, Monica DeJesus, Head Bartender at The Dead Rabbit New York, and Brittany MacMillan, General Manager of The Dead Rabbit Austin, will join Pig’s Lane Head Mixologist Ariel Sanecki and the talented underground team for an unforgettable evening of cocktails, storytelling and transatlantic Irish hospitality.

The Dead Rabbit’s Irish Coffee and Pig’s Lane’s cold-brew-based “Black Shtuff”. Other signature serves will be built around Don Julio Tequila and Roe & Co Signature Blend Irish whiskey, supported by the Diageo Advocacy Team through World Class Education Studios.
