Carefully distilled in traditional copper pot stills using malted and unmalted barley, this whiskey undergoes an impressive aging process of over seven years. It initially matures in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and then spends an additional four years in sustainably sourced Virgin Irish Oak from Wicklow’s Greenan Forest, imparting deep notes of toasted oak, rich vanilla, warm spices, and subtle smokiness.
