The event will feature a four-course tasting menu of bold, authentic, and contemporary West African cuisine, expertly paired with African wines and African-inspired cocktails.
The pop-up will take place across two sittings (4pm and 7.30pm) on Sunday, March 30th, at the iconic Fumbally Stables.
The menu includes Smoked Chicken & Yam Pepper Soup, Suya-Spiced Beef and Red Velvet Pound Cake with Plantain Ice Cream & Spiced Zobo Berry

The IBILE’s dining experience will be led by head Chef Nehemie Kibabu, whose expertise in West African cuisine will bring each course to life. The evening’s drinks will be expertly curated by Awesome Creations, ensuring a perfect balance of flavours between food and beverage.
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary drink on arrival. As always, IBILE remains committed to celebrating African creativity, featuring works from local artists whose talents add an immersive visual and cultural dimension to the dining experience.
The Mother’s Day tasting menu costs €50 per person (€75 per person with two cocktails or wine pairing) and you can reserve via their website www.ibilerestaurants.com.
