Ice Impérial is the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice. It offers a new champagne experience combining fun, fresh and free sensations while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
The profiles of the wines used in the assemblage have been meticulously selected for the specific contribution made by each one, mainly Pinot Noir with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Ice Impérial is a dense colour of deep gold with amber highlights. It has an intense, fruity bouquet with the powerful aroma of tropical fruits (mango, guava), the sumptuousness of stone fruits (nectarine), and an original note of raspberry.
And in three simple steps, you’ll have the Moët Ice Imperial perfect serve. Chill the bottle to 7 C. Place in a champagne bucket, fill with ice cubes and add water. When chilled, pour 12cl of Ice Impérial into a large glass. Add three large ice cubes, sit back in the sun, and savour.
