The House of Peroni returns for two weeks of Italian inspired food and drinks – taking place from Thursday 5th July to Sunday 15th of July at Stephen’s Green.
This year acclaimed chefs Grainne O’Keefe, from Clanbrassil House, and Hugh Higgins, formerly of Luna and Mulberry Garden, will team up with Peroni Nastro Azzurro to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to Dublin.
Grainne and Hugh have joined forces with Ireland’s best food producers to offer a fresh and contemporary twist on Italian cooking at The House of Peroni 2018. The two food curators have designed a mouth-watering menu sure to delight diners this summer.
The House of Peroni will be celebrating the best up and coming craftsmanship and creativity in food, drink and fashion – the perfect way to kick start your summer.
The two-week residency will be filled with Italian inspired food including a delicious antipasti menu and Cicchetti bites . There will be a restaurant and bar serving up handmade pasta, fresh ricotta and truffle bruschetta with honey, papperdella with pork ragu and charcuterie boards with freshly baked bread.
For desserts guests will be tempted by pannacotta, a Peroni poached peach or Toonsbridge ricotta and pistachio cannolis.
A fabulous Italian brunch will be served at the weekends – indulge in gnocchi with wild mushrooms or fried egg with polenta, bacon jam and black pudding or a luscious spaghetti carbonara with confit egg yolk.
In keeping with the Italian theme, drinks to be served will include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Peroni Gluten Free, Peroni Ambra and new and exciting Peroni infusions.
