Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
100ml tequila
50ml triple sec liqueur
100ml grapefruit juice
1 grapefruit wedge
1tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme mixed with 1tbsp fine sea salt
A few ice cubes
Crushed ice, to serve
2 grapefruit slices
Thyme sprigs, to garnish
METHOD
Rub a grapefruit wedge around the rim of the glass.
Place the rim of the glass on a plate of thyme salt and twirl.
Place the ice cubes, tequila, triple sec and grapefruit juice in a cocktail
shaker. Shake well. Strain into the glasses.
Fill them up with crushed ice. Garnish with grapefruit slices and thyme sprigs,
and serve.
