THE COCKTAIL

To celebrate David Bowie’s incredible legacy spanning 51 years, the team at Drury Buildings has created their latest Cocktail BLACKSTAR.
Dedicated to the man himself, Blackstar has a delicate mixture of Gin and Cane sugar based Velvet Liqueur enhanced by a beautiful poppy and amber reduction.
It balances eccentricity and elegance, a combination of qualities that David Bowie very much encapsulated.
THE BAR
Drury Buildings is a modern Irish cocktail bar and restaurant with an Italian influence, situated in Dublin’s hip Creative Quarter.
Winter is here and we have one of the few covered and heated outdoor spaces in town – the comfortable seating and open-plan garden make it perfect for afternoon lunches and get-togethers after work.
A must is our chef’s Saturday and Sunday brunch – served from noon.
Monday to Friday we serve our Express Lunch in the Bar & Garden: Piatto del Giorno (Main Course) & Dolce I Café (Sweet and coffee) €13.50
Alternatively, choose from the Lunch a la carte menu or enjoy a lovely dinner in our upstairs Restaurant & Balcony overlooking the Garden.
