Wines Direct have been the proud supplier of Bodegas Elias Mora for many years, and Bang are excited to welcome them and Catalina for what is set to be an incredible gastronomic evening. The food of chef Niall O’Sullivan will be accompanied by Bodegas Elias Mora and Jose Pariente wines and there will be a very special surprise which Catalina will bring from Spain.

100% tempranillo, made from raisined grapes from the estates oldest vineyard 16% alcohol. High-pitched dark berry and floral aromas are complicated by notes of licorice pastille, Indian spices and incense. Lush, creamy and broad on the palate, offering intensely sweet black and blue fruit flavors that become spicier with air.
