The Guinea Pig is a seafood restaurant located in the heritage town of Dalkey. Jérôme Fernandes, French chef owner, has recently purchased the Guinea Pig restaurant.
Jérôme plans to maintain the timeless atmosphere of the restaurant when updating the décor.
The Guinea Pig is owned by head chef Jérôme Fernandes, who also owns La Resérve in Ranleigh. Jérôme pairs Irish produce with authentic French flavours to showcase his love of food.
Jérôme, along with general manager Kevin O’Gorman, offer a classic dining experience with consistently good food, delicious fresh seafood and a warm welcome.
