Dine with Dee and her restaurant list for the month ahead.  How is it August already?! Wow, the summer has flown by, but it has been so much fun so far. What I love about late summer is that we are well and truly out of the ‘hungry gap’ and in the middle of a plentiful harvest of lots of gorgeous Irish-grown fruit and vegetables. This is reflected on menus across the city – I’ve seen numerous courgette flower dishes that look divine – as chefs are enjoying having so many ingredients to work with.  There are a couple of exciting new openings this month for you to try and the rest of my recommendations are a mixed bag of some of my local favourites.
