Dine with Dee and her restaurant list for the month ahead.  There’s been a flurry of restaurant opening announcements recently, and most are set to open their doors in November. Have you heard that 57 The Headline will now be known as The Libertine and not only is reopening as a gastropub, but will also offer lodgings with 14 bedrooms upstairs. There’s a good crew behind it, so no doubt I’ll be popping in as soon as it’s open for business.  We’ll also - finally! - get to check out that 360-degree view from the top floor of the old Central Bank building at Central Plaza, as Díon restaurant is set to open. Díon, meaning roof as Gaeilge, seems like an apt name for it, but we’ll have to wait and see if it lives up to our expectations!  And lastly, Gloria Osteria will call Westmoreland Street home from the end of November.
