Ingredients:
- 60ml Blacks Golden Rum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 10ml water
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Garnish: orange peel
Method:
- Stir well with ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain and serve over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
