Beer lovers and gin enthusiasts have a new venue to add to their must-trys in town: The Bald Eagle, located in Phibsborough, Dublin 7, which specialises in craft beers and gin creations.
The bar announced its opening last Friday 17th of November and besides the brews, the spirits and numerous signature cocktails, you’ll find hearty gastropub dishes, a fireplace to cosy up and a funky, laid-back atmosphere.
Among the breweries you’ll find by the bar, there are international award-winners such as Sierra Nevada, and plenty of strong local names including Rascals Brewing Co., Hope Beer and Porterhouse Brewing Company. They’ve a large selection of Irish and world gins as well as whiskeys.
Food-wise, expect the classic pub indulgences such as burgers, pizzas and wings as part of the pint friendly menu.
If that wasn’t enticing enough, they have 10 HS screens so sports fans won’t miss a second of the action!
The Bald Eagle is open seven days a week and food is served from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
