La Côte is a contemporary seafood restaurant ran by Paul and Edwina Hayes in Wexford town. Inspired by Wexford the menus are based around seasonal produced and sourced locally.
Michelin trained Paul showcases his love for cuisine with freshly caught fish from Kilmore Quay, foraging for the best ingredients and baking artisan bread daily.
La Cote has gained many accolades including Best Chef in Wexford and Best Restaurant in Wexford for the past three years, to name a few.
