Koh Koh

Koh Restaurant & Bar is situated in the heart of Dublin City Centre, a stone’s throw from the River Liffey and the Jervis Street Luas stop. This restaurant is an ideal spot for a pre event dinner or light bites.  Koh has excellent proximity to the likes of Cineworld, The Lighthouse Cinema, The Olympia, the Three Arena, The Academy to name but a few.

This award-winning Thai / Asian Restaurant and Bar serves reasonably priced authentic Thai dishes using the freshest of local ingredients. Koh have fresh Thai herbs flown in weekly, fresh fish delivered from our shores daily and fresh meat delivered from local farmers.

Koh is divided into three parts:

A spacious Outdoor Terrace for al fresco dining or for relaxing with a drink and watching the world go by; A stylish Cocktail Bar where you can sip classic martinis, cosmos and original creations by our award winning flair cocktail barmen and snack on the wonderful Thai snacks while listening to funky tunes; An A La Carte Restaurant which prides itself on modern Thai/Asian food, complimented with a wine list expertly chosen to match the delicate, subtle Asian flavours (divided into a main room, private booths and a private dining room).

Koh has a distinctive share dining concept, Nung Kin Khao (literally translates from Thai as ‘let’s all gather around and eat’). Our menu has been designed to include many dishes suitable for sharing, eating family style as is popular in Asia, recreating the richness of Thai and Asian street food and also using these fantastic flavours to marry with ingredients sourced locally to allow our chefs create modern dishes with a strong emphasis on the east. In the Cocktail Bar the challenge has been to find products that compliment the wine and food menus. Interestingly, the style of cocktail that seems to work best at Koh resembles the wines; cocktails are bright and crisp – balanced by a touch of sweetness. Like the kitchen, the bar at Koh uses the freshest ingredients and they make all their purees fresh.

Koh’s philosophy is to offer reasonably priced, quality original and traditional Asian dishes using as many local ingredients as possible.

Cocktail Bar

The cocktail bar is the heart of Koh. This is where the team of talented bartenders recreate classics and create original cocktails, with inspiration from the bright, zesty flavours of Thailand and South East Asia.

Like the kitchen, the bar at Koh uses only the freshest of ingredients. Koh’s citrus juices are pressed daily and they also make all of their purees fresh daily.

At the bar you will see our 6 litre casks, which we use for ageing our own cocktails. The Tipperary No. 1 is the current cask-aged cocktail. They blend Italian vermouth Carpano Antica, Green Chartreuse and an Irish single malt and age for 14 days for optimum balance. Koh’s famous cocktail master classes are very popular for party events and group bookings.

On some of their cocktails you will be served our own dried fruit which we dehydrate through the night.

Koh Cocktail Bar – Dublin’s finest cocktail and Asian cuisine experience.
