A slightly sweeter and flowery take on a classic Martini where elderflower syrup complements the botanical notes of Dingle Gin.
Ingredients:
• 50ml Dingle Gin
• 20ml Noilly Prat
• 20ml elderflower syrup
Garnish: orange peel twist
Instructions:
Add all ingredients with orange peel to a shaker with plenty of ice and stir slowly to dissolve a lot of the ice cubes. Then double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
