Last Saturday 27th of August El Celler Wine Bar opened its doors on Blackrock’s Main Street. The place, which offers a selection of traditional Spanish style tapas and a carefully designed wine list that combines wines from prestigious regions of Spain and other European countries, is run by Mireia Ferrer Canals, originally from Barcelona, who hopes to offer a part of her heritage through the dishes.

“I  love cooking for friends and family and now I have the chance to cook and bring part of my origins, Spanish and Catalan, in a place I fell in love since the first time I saw it. I hope I can make our guests feel like they’re at home, and to make everyone a little happier through the culture of eating, sharing and chatting in our beautiful Celler.”
