With rest and relaxation the order of the day, Owner and former Ottolenghi-trained Chef, Clair Dowling, has created a new Tiller + Trip Staycation Box filled with a wholesome ready-to-eat feast that allows you to take a well-deserved break from cooking and will be the making of your trip away.
In keeping with her ethos, the luxurious menu showcases the very best of in-season Irish ingredients and is packed with gourmet goodies that will sustain your group for breakfast, brunch/lunch, and dinner, plus post-activity snacks throughout your getaway.
The centrepieces to the feast are a Gochujang-marinated Whole Roast Chicken and a McNally’s Family Farm Organic Red Kale, Large Leaf Spinach + Feta Cheese Filo Pastry Pie, served alongside signature seasonal salads, vibrant dips, and a homemade Roast Garlic & Oregano Focaccia. And, it goes without saying that all of the seductive sweet treats in the ‘Tiller + Trip’ Boxes are handmade in-house using Irish butter, seasonal Irish fruits, and premium Callebaut dark chocolate.

– Closing date for entries is August 31st 2023. One winner will be contacted directly to confirm they have won the prize of a Tiller + Trip Staycation Box for 2–
– ‘Tiller + Trip’ Boxes need to be pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance of your excursion for collection from their café premises on South Frederick Street (conveniently located opposite Trinity College).
– As per Tiller + Grain’s opening hours, collections can only be organised for weekdays (between 8am and 5pm). The café is closed on weekends.
– When collecting their Staycation Box, customers are advised to bring their own cooler bag and should then keep their food refrigerated until it’s ready to be served.
– Upon submitting their entry, the entrant acknowledges that their details will be used for Marketing with TheTaste/JFG Digital and the competition supplier.
– Entrant must be over 18 years of age and a resident of an EU country.
– Entry to the competition is free. No purchase is necessary. No monetary substitution is available in lieu of the prize.
