Ingredients
- 15 ml Brown Cane Sugar Syrup
- 35 ml Whisky Jameson
- 150 ml Filter Coffee Bewley’s Java Filter Coffee
- 100 ml Cream slightly whipped
- 3 Coffee Bean for decoration.
Instructions
Steps to make Irish Coffee:
- Preheat Whiskey Glass-make sure it is hot
- Pour 15 ml of Brown Cane Sugar Syrup
- Pour 35ml of Irish Jameson Whiskey
- Pour Bewley’s Java Filter Coffee into the glass till it leaves 1cm to the top
- Pour 100ml of fresh slightly whipped cream
- Add 3 Coffee Beans on the top of the cream for decoration
- Brown Cane Sugar Recipe:
- One part of Cane Sugar to One part of Boiling water
- Put it in to the saucepan and bring to the boil
- Transfer Syrup to the glass bottle and you can keep it in the fridge for the next round
- Enjoy!
