- 15 ml Brown Cane Sugar Syrup
- 35 ml Whisky Jameson
- 150 ml Filter Coffee Bewley’s Java Filter Coffee
- 100 ml Cream slightly whipped
- 3 Coffee Bean for decoration.
Steps to make Irish Coffee:
Preheat Whiskey Glass-make sure it is hot
Pour 15 ml of Brown Cane Sugar Syrup
Pour 35ml of Irish Jameson Whiskey
Pour Bewley’s Java Filter Coffee into the glass till it leaves 1cm to the top
Pour 100ml of fresh slightly whipped cream
Add 3 Coffee Beans on the top of the cream for decoration
Brown Cane Sugar Recipe:
One part of Cane Sugar to One part of Boiling water
Put it in to the saucepan and bring to the boil
Transfer Syrup to the glass bottle and you can keep it in the fridge for the next round
