Ingredients
50ml Hendrick’s Gin
The Juice of Half a Lemon
A Teaspoon of Maple syrup
A Pinch of Cinnamon
60ml Apple Cider
Method
Add Gin, Lemon Juice and maple syrup to a shaking tin or jar and shake. Pour over ice and top with apple cider and a pinch of cinnamon.
