CLIFF Academy is Ireland’s newest professional cookery school, and certainly one of the most picturesque, set in the sprawling Lyons Estate in Co. Kildare. As part of the CLIFF group, the school regularly hosts masterclasses with elite CLIFF chefs such as Martijn Kajuiter, Executive Chef of the group and the Michelin Star House Restaurant in Ardmore.

This intimate masterclass will take you through all you need to know to perfect your skills, from sourcing to searing and guests will get to taste the finest Wagyu beef, known for its superior flavour and rich marbling.
