The Chameleon Restaurant, Temple Bar, is run by husband and wife team Carol Walsh and Kevin O’Toole.
Founded in 1994, The Chameleon has a large and loyal following. Specialising in Rijst-tafel (rice table), which is a combination of many exotic and authentic Indonesian island dishes.
Food is freshly prepared daily and quality ingredients are supplied by local artisan suppliers. All meat is locally sourced. All fresh fish is Irish and from sustainable stocks. Only the spices from Indonesia are imported!
Chameleon has won many awards and accolades, including ‘Becks Best in Temple Bar’. It has been included in the Bridgestone Guide each year since its inception and is listed each year in McKenna’s Guide to ‘Best in Ireland’.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting and casual enough to slip off your shoes and settle down comfortably at their now famous opium tables.
