If you had to choose your favourite beverage some might struggle to choose between their day-time stalwart, tea, and their night-time tipple, gin. Now, you don’t have to pick just one as Barry’s Tea have teamed up with Blackwater Distillery to bring you Blackwater Barry’s Tea Irish Gin.
Combining two of our favourite things, the new product instilled premium craft Irish gin with the finest Barry’s blend.

Earlier this year Barry’s experimented with spirits creating a unique range of tea-inspired cocktails made with some of the blends from Barry’s, served exclusively at their stall at the 2017 Taste of Dublin festival.
The drinks were developed and created by Conor Myers, an award winning mixologist from The Exchequer Bar in Dublin.
Priced at €30 for a 50cl bottle the new innovation appears to have already sold out on online stockists, though we’ll be keeping an eye on www.obrienswine.ie for when their stock is replenished.
However, the elusive bottles have been spotted in store at the long-established off licence Bradley’s on North Main Street, Cork City.
In the meantime, time for tea anyone?
