Brady’s Coffee meticulously selects top-grade green coffee beans, which are aged in Powers barrels for over 12 weeks. The barrels are rolled daily to ensure the rich whiskey flavours are fully absorbed before being roasted in small batches to achieve a perfect medium roast.
