If the idea of drinking Capirinhas, dancing and trying delicious new foods sounds like something you’ll enjoy (we know we would), then you have two options: a) book a last minute holiday to Brazil or b) Drop by city centre bar Wigwam between the 9th to the 14th of February 2018 and join them in their big Carnival celebration.
Between these dates, the venue will be hosting a variety of fun Brazilian-inspired events including live music from the acclaimed drum and bass selector Dj Marky, Maracatu, Disco E Cultura and Edi Nunes band. Below the musical calendar:

Food-wise, expect delicious Brazilian bites from the bar’s Brazilian kitchen, Botequim at Wigwam, which has planned a delicious menu with of traditional recipes including the house take on hearty bowl of Escondidinho, Feijoada (a traditional beans and meat stew), pastel, coxinha and more.
Beer lovers need to make it their business to drop by and try the exclusive Carnav-Ale, a Brazilian flouter beer especially created for the event and the happy result of a collaboration between Botequim, Brewtonic and Hopfully.
The team at Wigwam is currently looking for anyone who wants to get involved so if your an artist, food maker, dance teacher or musician, feel free to get in touch!
Brazilian drinks brands Fuba Cachaca and Brahma beer are back on board as sponsors for 2018 so expect to try some authentic Brazilian drinks while you party.
