The Salty Buoy

The Salty Buoy by Niall Sabongi is Popping up in Skerries for Easter

The Salty Buoy Food Truck, founded by Irish restaurateur and entrepreneur Niall Sabongi, will be making a splash with a highly-anticipated Easter weekend pop-up at Skerries Sailing Club.

For two days only, Good Friday and Easter Saturday, 7th & 8th April, the truck will be dishing out some of the most delectable seafood around, including the crowd-pleasing lobster rolls, Hake Kievs, and oysters that have earned the Salty Buoy a devoted following.

But that’s not all – this year, the Salty Buoy is stepping up its game by partnering with the recently-opened Rock Bakery in Skerries to provide customers with the freshest, most irresistible rolls to complement their lobster rolls.

As an added bonus, the pop-up event is featuring a dish that incorporates locally sourced razor clams from Skerries Harbour, highlighting the Salty Buoy’s commitment to sustainable seafood practices.

This is a must-attend event for anyone who loves good food and a great time. And with the Skerries Sailing Club opening its ground floor bar to the public, there’s no better place to kick back, relax, and enjoy some of the best seafood around.
