Movers and shakers in Irish design, interiors and fashion along with top tier lifestyle media attended an exclusive breakfast and informative session on how trends in technology and commercial architecture are influencing our homes. Surrounded by the very apt Georgian and contemporary architecture of The Dean Hotel, a captive audience listened to experts Denise O’Connor from Optimise Design and John Henry Boyle of 21 Spaces share their views and trends for 2016.
Guests were treated to a variety of hot drinks and were able to test the range of stylish and sleek Tassimo machines on display. Their beverage of choice was accompanied with an array of mouth-watering canapés which included smoked salmon with cream cheese served in a black sesame cone, mini Waterford blaa, bacon and ballymaloe relish and baby potato, spinach & ricotta frittata. The sweet tooth in the room was treated to a pastry selection consisting of pain au chocolat, croissant, pain au raisan, pineapple, raspberry & blackberry fruit skewers along with homemade granola bars with honey and sultanas.
