Suesey Street Restaurant has launched Sister Suesey, a coffee kiosk where customers can enjoy snacks and casual lunch in a unique setting overlooking the Grand Canal.
Located in the garden to the front of the landmark Fitzwilliam Hall at Leeson Street bridge, Sister Suesey is a cute kiosk serving top quality casual food made by chefs in the Suesey Street kitchen below. Coffee from Roasted Brown roasters in Delgany is served alongside fresh pastries, sausage rolls, salads and sandwiches.
The Sister Suesey menu features salads and sandwiches with local, seasonal ingredients which will change regularly. Current salads are Feta & Pomegranate and Chicken & Hummus and sandwiches are Smoked Chicken & Avocado, Baked Ham & Cheese and Grilled Cheese.
Sister Suesey is a sister business to flexible workspace provider Glandore and the exclusive private dining venue No. 25 Fitzwilliam Place which are run by the Kelly family including sisters Clare, Rebecca and Fiona.
“We are delighted to extend our hospitality offering and launch Sister Suesey. Our garden is a little oasis at a busy city centre junction. Customers can order from the kiosk and enjoy a snack or light lunch while sitting in the garden overlooking the canal. Suesey Street has been operating since 2015 with an emphasis on local produce, seasonality and warm hospitality we excited to offer this same standard of food and service in a more casual format and a unique setting” says John Healy, General Manager, Suesey Street.
Sister Suesey is open Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm and on Saturday 9am-3pm.
