Luxury Spirits Brand Ambassador and 2021 World Class champion, Cal Byrne is collaborating with renowned Irish Chef – Diageo’s Chef in Residence, Mark Moriarty to create amazing cocktail and food pairings, showcasing serves from premium spirit brands; Tanqueray, Ketel One and Roe & Co. at the iconic restaurant and bar that is, Café en Seine.
Guests will be immersed in the world of gastronomy and mixology with two of Ireland’s most experienced and enthusiastic creators. Mark will highlight unique dishes taking inspiration from the flavour profile of each spirit brand. Cal, crowned as one of the world’s best bartenders, will create bespoke cutting-edge cocktails to pair with the dishes served.
Tickets are €45 each and include: 4-course tasting dishes carefully paired with 4 cocktails with tickets to the exclusive Loft Bar afterparty.
