Savour ‘A Taste of The Wild’ This Summer with Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin Cocktail Recipes

Bees Knees

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
  • 20 ml Honey syrup (1:1 ratio, hot water to honey)
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Garnish Lemon twist

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.

Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup (1:1 hot water to sugar)
  • Seltzer or Soda Water
  • Garnish Lemon Slice and Cherry

Method:

  • Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup in an ice-filled glass and stir.
  • Top off with seltzer water and garnish.

Wild Botanical G&T

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
  • Tonic Water
  • Garnish Grapefruit wedge, a Basil Leaf or Sprig of Mint

Method:

  • Pour the Gin into an ice-filled glass.
  • Add the Tonic water, stir and garnish with grapefruit and slapped basil leaf or mint.
