Bees Knees
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
- 20 ml Honey syrup (1:1 ratio, hot water to honey)
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- Garnish Lemon twist
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Tom Collins
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
- 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Simple Syrup (1:1 hot water to sugar)
- Seltzer or Soda Water
- Garnish Lemon Slice and Cherry
Method:
- Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup in an ice-filled glass and stir.
- Top off with seltzer water and garnish.
Wild Botanical G&T
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Glendalough Wild Gin
- Tonic Water
- Garnish Grapefruit wedge, a Basil Leaf or Sprig of Mint
Method:
- Pour the Gin into an ice-filled glass.
- Add the Tonic water, stir and garnish with grapefruit and slapped basil leaf or mint.
