Enjoy a gastronomic experience on Wednesday, 28th September next when RAI Best Chef in Leins Rob Krawzyck from Tankardstown House, Slane, Co Meath creates a Tuscan-influenced five course menu with each course accompanied by five different wines from the family owned Castello Banfi winery, voted best winery in Italy 11 times since 1994.
Exuding luxury and elegance, Tankardstown’s Brabazon Restaurant is an ideal venue to experience true Italian atmosphere and the carefully created menu reflecting the changing fresh produce of the autumn season, which is locally sourced and organic where possible.
The Banfi wines have been specially selected to match each course and will include their flagship wine the 2010 Brunello de Montalcino, a stunning wine awarded 92 points by Robert Parker and Wine Spectator
