Under new ownership, a host of changes have been introduced including extended opening hours, brunch served every Saturday from noon and the recently-refurbished Garden Terrace – perfect for a quick lunch or lively al fresco dinner on a summer’s evening in the city.
For a more fine dining experience, there’s Restaurant FortyOne at Residence, who have welcomed award-winning Executive Chef Peter Byrne to the team.
Peter spent six successful years at the helm of renowned Sika restaurant, formerly Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, at Powerscourt Hotel Resort and Spa and almost eight years as Senior Sous Chef at Michelin-starred restaurant, Chapter One.
At Residence Peter has introduced new innovative, creative menus that continue to reflect the ethos of Restaurant FortyOne, using of local produce, seasonal ingredients.
