Popular Two Pups Coffee to Open New Bakery This Friday

It’s good news for Dublin’s bakery scene with the announcement from Two Pups Coffee that they are opening their very own bakery – Bold Boy, which will supply both Francis Street and Fairview Two Pups cafes.

The new wave of truly excellent bakeries in the city is in full swing, and we’re pretty excited for this latest addition. Two Pups has become well known for its excellent coffee and brekkie dishes, and is a member of the Francis Street Collective. From lively tunes to vintage chandeliers, the creative spirit of Dublin’s Liberties neighbourhood can be found in every nook and cranny of the OG location on 74 Francis Street, with the same vibe in Fairview.

Bold Boy has been teasing their baked creations on Instagram, and the branding is too good not to mention. Two Pups worked with Revert Design and Cathy Hogan on the Bold Boy design, bringing him to life.

They said that “we had such a clear picture of mischief, licking the spoon, sticking your finger in the icing, nabbing a bread roll while it was cooling moments that fresh baked goods somehow evocatively give us. We’ve definitely been feeding our inner childhood memories while testing all the pastries and bread that we know you’re gonna love!”

Expect all sorts of delicious freshly-baked goodies, from Morning Buns (classic all butter croissant dough, swirled and rolled in orange and cinnamon infused sugar) to croissants and sourdough loaves

Bold Boy opens this Friday on 31st January 74 Francis Street and will be supplying both Two Pups locations daily.
