Dublin restaurant Pichet are hosting a summer tasting evening this coming Sunday, June 24th, 2018.
Guests can celebrate the good weather at ‘A Taste of Summer’ and indulge in a 6-course tasting menu created by the Pichet’s head chef.
At a cost of €50 per person, this afternoon of delicious food and wine will take you on a journey through head chef Stephen Gibson’s favourite summer dishes, beautifully paired with the restaurant’s crisp and refreshing wines.
The expertly chosen wine pairings are an additional cost of €30 per person.
The menu includes dishes like organic salmon, asparagus with brown butter egg yolk and broad beans, scallops, suckling pig and much more. Those with a sweet tooth will love the fresh strawberries and chocolate dishes.
