The Pembroke Hotel in Kilkenny has launched a new Design Cocktail in association with the National Craft Gallery.
The cocktail, known as the ‘Golden Touch‘, will accompany the gallery’s new Lustre exhibition. The cocktail was born from and inspired by the passion and premium quality that is Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny.

– Glendalough Wild Irish Botanical Gin
– Homemade Raspberry Syrup
– Fresh Lemon
– Ginger Ale
– Finished with a Passionfruit Egg White Meringue Foam
– Garnished with the Golden Touch
The ‘Golden Touch’ cocktail is available in Statham’s Bar & Restaurant from 14 July – 7th August 2017.
