Paul Hollywood divided opinion when he followed Great British Bake Off from BBC to Channel 4, leaving Mary Berry and co behind. Controversy aside, one thing isn’t up for debate – Paul’s baking skills and eye for drool-worthy goodies. The good news is, we can now get a taste of Paul’s signature bakes for ourselves as he is set to open a bakery of his own.

Aptly named KNEAD, Paul’s bakery will open in a perfect location – Euston Station in London. Commuters and those off on an adventure can skip the snack cart on the train and indulge in hearty treats like breakfast butties, freshly baked pies and of course, seriously delicious freshly baked sausage rolls.

Speaking on the new opening, Paul says “Since leaving school and starting work in my father’s bakery I have loved and championed everything to do with great baking. The creation of KNEAD is an extension of this passion, and I can’t wait for you to come and experience what we have created. Just wait until you taste the difference in my bacon butties and sausage roll!”
