You won’t want to miss this upcoming chef collaboration – Michelin-starred chef Stefan McEnteer from Cashel Palace will be the next guest chef in the Friends of Pichet series, taking place on 6th April 2025.
Stefan McEnteer, who recently earned a Michelin star as Head Chef of The Bishop’s Buttery at Cashel Palace, will join Pichet’s Executive Head Chef Harry Quinn for a unique six-course, wine-paired dining experience.
Stefan’s tasting menu will be inspired by the rich produce and flavours of the Tipperary landscape – a nod to the roots and culinary heritage that shaped the Cashel Palace’s chefs’ career and Michelin Star success.



This one-night-only event at Pichet will feature:
- A specially curated multi-course tasting menu
- Wine pairings selected to complement each course
- The chance to experience two of Ireland’s most influential chefs collaborating in the kitchen
- Stefan’s signature dish – Balfego Tuna
