With only 5.5% ABV, it’s a very light and refreshing drink, ideally served with ice, and a few mint leaves, and, if you please, a slice of green apple to be ready to enjoy. Enjoy chilled in a large wine glass with a straw to mix.

Hugo Spritz is made from elder flowers, water, lemon and sugar which are combined into a syrup which is then added to Prosecco.
