It’s the ultimate Matcha made in heaven! This Saturday, February 3rd, Brown Thomas is welcoming the addition of Teapigs to its Green & Bean Café, something we can all appreciate here.

Experts in healthy teas, Teapigs will be unveiling a special Matcha takeover menu in Green & Bean Café on level 2 of the Dublin store.

Here, Matcha lovers can enjoy a specially curated food and drinks menu of their favourite green superfood, which is made from 100% green tea leaves.

Delicious Matcha themed breakfast and afternoon dishes will be served in the café, including Matcha eggs royale, organic Irish smoked salmon, English muffin, hollandaise sauce and sautéed herb potatoes, not to mention an avocado and shrimp salad with Tahini and Matcha dressing, citrus and fennel.

Visitors to Green & Bean Café will be spoilt for choice with the wide range of Teapigs Matcha teas and coffees on offer, including Matcha mint lattés, Matcha cacao lattés, Matcha turmeric lattés and Matcha chai lattés.

Nourishing juices and milkshakes are also available, such as the ‘Detox Retox Juice’ with cavolo nero, pineapple, ginger, Matcha and coconut water and the Matcha mint and cacao milkshake.

The Matcha pop up menu is available in Green & Bean Café on Level 2 at Brown Thomas Dublin from Saturday 3rd February until March 4th, with the Teapigs range is priced from €4.50 upwards.
