Last Monday a charity lunch in aid of Focus Ireland was hosted by Luna Restaurant, on Drury Street. The event turned out to be a great success and €6,480 was raised by the generous guests and sponsors. The staff at Luna also donated their time and efforts to host such an amazing fundraiser.
The charitable sponsors contributed wines from WineLab, Febvre, Liberty Wines & Wines Direct; as well as produce from Italicatessen, La Rousse Foods, Sustainable Seafood Ireland & Caterway.
A raffle also took place at the charity lunch and some of the generous prozes included, 4 Ball from Carton House, dinner bed & breakfast from Nevin Maguire, a Cooking Class with Paul Flynn, Dinner at Campagne and Sunday Brunch at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Luna took great pride in having the opportunity to give back to the community. They hope to hold an annual charity fundraiser to aid local organisations around Ireland.
