Dublin’s Most Stylish New Hotel The Iveagh Garden Hosts a Glamorous Launch – Social Gallery
This week saw Dublin’s latest luxury four star hotel, The Iveagh Garden Hotel, open at 72-72 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. Owners Brian and Sally McGill were joined by their children Danielle, Jennie, Katie, Michelle and Barney to celebrate the latest edition to the McGill portfolio which includes the neighbouring Harcourt Hotel, Harrington Hall, DTwo and The Black Door.
Speical guest Jim McGuinness, former All-Ireland winning Donegal football manager, was on hand to join in the festivities. Stars from all over Ireland dropped by to kick off the celebrations.
Among the famous faces were actress Aoibhin Garrity, Nuala Carey, Aoife Walsh. Joining in on the action also were stylists Laura Mullett and Corina Gaffey and well-known designer Deborah Veale.
The MC for the launch was RTÉ’s Michael Lyster. Musical entertainment was provided by Paddy’s Cole and his band in Elle’s Bar & Bistro. Elle’s has a specially selected bar menu serving up fine wines, a host of craft beers and much loved classic cocktails.
Guests from the sport, business and entertainment industry enjoyed a sumptuous selection of canapés including Ballycotton smoked salmon blinis, duck liver and foie gras mousse and a delicious selection of handmade desserts.
