The four-star Ferrycarrig Hotel overlooking the River Slaney just outside Wexford town will serve a festive Afternoon Tea up until Christmas Eve.

Festive Afternoon Tea is served in the Afternoon Tea room, a delightful space complete with plush sofas, a warming fireplace and piano.

Enjoy a delicious range of tea sandwiches including Meyler’s Smoked Salmon and Shrimp on Ferrycarrig Guinness brown bread, Pat O’Neills Honey Roast Ham on Ferrycarrig Sage and Onion Bread, Roast Turkey with Herb Stuffing Cranberry Mayonnaise and a Smoked Duck and Fig Chutney Bruschetta along with a selection of festive cakes and pastries including individual Christmas Plum Pudding, Mince Pies with clotted cream, Toasted Almond Frangipane Tart, homemade Macaroons, Chocolate Truffles and delicious Scones with Wexford raspberry preserve and clotted cream all served with a selection of loose teas from Kingfisher Teas of Wexford.

The festive Afternoon Tea at the Ferrycarrig Hotel is priced at €17 per person €30 for two people. To add a sparkle, a Prosecco Afternoon Tea is also available from €25.50.
