Fans of ever popular Fade Street Social will be delighted to hear that a brand new Sunday Brunch Menu has just been launched in the Gastro Bar. Known for serving inventive and exciting dishes in casual and relaxed surroundings, the Gastro Bar has earned a reputation as a perfect city centre spot to grab a bite to eat paired with a cocktail or two.

Expanding their Sunday offering to include the much loved hybrid meal, Fade Street Social’s Sunday Brunch will kick off at 11am and is available until 3pm. Come with an open mind, as the menu here is far from confined to the typical eggs benny and pancake stack – as you would expect, quirky takes on classics are the order of the day.

If your brunch ritual demands eggs, Truffle Hens Egg comes with toasted soldiers, hollandaise and mushroom powder for an earthy twist. Every Sunday sweet tooth will find comfort in Sugar Brioche with homemade chutneys, orange marmalade and carrot juice and toasted brioche with goats cheese curd, truffle honey and roast baby pears will tick all those sweet savoury combination boxes.

As well as these tempting twists on classics, brunch lovers can try a Mini Lobster Hotdog, bound in bearnaise and hazelnut butter or a Quail’s Egg Toastie with foie gras milkshake – nothing in Fade Street Social is done by half measures! This carries through to the drinks offering, as you can avail of bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys for just €10.
