This Christmas, The Ivy Dawson Street will be taking guests on a magical journey down memory lane, inviting them to experience the excitement of a traditional snow day at the city centre brasserie. Diners will be able to enjoy a beautiful installation on arrival, before catching up with friends and family over a delicious cocktail or festive dessert, available from Wednesday, 17 November.
The beautiful outdoor installation will transport guests to a snowy hilltop and surround them with Norway Spruce, crystalised twigs, giant glittery snowflakes, and the smell of Christmas trees, perfect for passers-by and guests to make a memorable moment with friends and family this season.

Capturing the ultimate snow day atmosphere, the limited-edition Snow Day cocktail menu will offer guests that festive feeling. For true whiskey fans, the Thyme for Apple Pie cocktail includes Chivas 12 Year Old, lemon, cinnamon and apple cider (€13.70). Little Helper is sure to delight gin fans with Monkey 47 Black Forest Gin, pineapple, lime, cranberry and Prosecco (€14.95), whilst the Snowy Libation features Monkey 47 Black Forest Gin, Lillet Blanc, Campari, marmalade, lemon and orange bitters (€13.75).
