Now open and running until September, Saba is hosting the ultimate brunch parties featuring Singalong Social with Belvedere Natural Summer Cocktails (click here for ticket link). Singalong Social is a zero-commitment karaoke party, hosted by The Craic Mechanics who have been popping up at parties, festivals and residencies in Ireland, the UK and beyond since 2015. Guests can enjoy a menu of cocktails and spritzes crafted with the exceptional Belvedere Organic Infusions range and also try out Saba’s delicious new summer menu.

These special, limited events will take place from 1PM – 3PM, with tickets costing €40 pp which includes one brunch dish, two Belvedere Organic Infusions cocktails or Spritz’ and a full run of show from Sing Along Social. Known for its legendary cocktails, the Belvedere Secret Summer Garden at Saba’s cocktail menu includes Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Sour, Belvedere Pear & Ginger Collins, Belvedere Lemon & Basil 75, Belvedere Espresso Martini, while spritzes being served are Blackberry & Lemongrass Spritz, Belvedere Pear & Ginger Spritz, and Belvedere Lemon & Basil Spritz. Cocktails range from €13.50 to €14.50 and spritzes are €12.50 or €13.50.
