From now until September, celebrate summer with a rosé tasting menu amidst a beautiful floral display as WILDE at The Westbury once again invites guests to sample a curated selection of exquisite rosé wines from the South of France
From now until September, WILDE at The Westbury will celebrate summer with an exquisitely curated menu of some of the finest rosé wines from the South of France. The elegant terrace overlooking Grafton Street, will once again be transformed into a floral haven with an installation of delicate pink blooms designed by Appassionata Flowers, creating the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the Everything’s Rosé tasting experience.
WILDE’s exclusive Flight of the Rosé tasting experience, €30, includes a pour from each of the three rosés from the Château d’Esclans Provençal rosé collection: Whispering Angel, Rock Angel and Les Clans, offering a luxurious taste of Provence in the heart of Dublin. Each wine has been carefully selected by Head Sommelier Philip Dunne, who will guide you through the notes of each pour.
The Everything’s Rosé menu also features two classic rosé favourites, which are available in single glass serves or by the bottle – Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose from the Languedoc and By.OTT from Domaines Ott* in Provence ; plus a selection of sparkling rosé wines and champagne, including Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, along with four specially created pink cocktails, three of which incorporate WILDE’s selection of rosé wines: The Bijou Cup, Whispering Cosmo and Lillet Rosé Spritz while the fourth is a strawberry gin-based blend.
