Artful Jammie Dodger
This indulgent cocktail is one of our favourites for those looking for a treat with real depth of flavour.
It contains Crossip Pure Hibiscus, raspberry jam syrup and some blush bubbles all with a host of uplifting botanicals to naturally boost your mood.
TVM’s Beverage Director has created this simple recipe for you to test your mixing skills at home, impressing any guest this winter –
Recipe:
- 25ml Crossip Pure Hibiscus
- 20ml Raspberry jam syrup
- Lemon juice
- Blush 0.0% sparkling wine to top
- Optional – squirty cream and frozen raspberries to garnish
Method: Make your jam syrup by boiling 1:1 raspberry jam and water until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Crossip Hibiscus to a shaker with ice, add your cooled jam syrup and a squeeze of lemon for brightness. Stir and strain into your glass of choice, then top with Wildlife Blush. Garnish with some squirty cream and a few freeze-dried raspberry pieces for a touch of luxury.
Flavours: Rosehip tea, rhubarb and hibiscus for a dash of bitterness, combined with raspberry to bring that red fruit sweetness, and a frothy head of cream for an indulgent long finish.
Burnt Spritz
Recipe:
- 15ml Gimber
- 30ml Nona Spritz
- Lixir Blood Orange & Cinnamon Tonic to top
Method: Build in a glass and garnish with tangerine and mint.
Flavour: The perfect marriage of the fieriness of ginger, with the sweetness of blood orange and a touch of bitter gentian root. This will awaken your tastebuds in preparation for a festive feast!
Simple Serves:
- Spiced Cherry: 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy, Fentimans Cherry Cola, squeeze of lime, serve on the rocks in a highball glass with a cherry or wedge of lime to garnish.
- Smokey Cokey: 25ml Crossip Dandy Smoke, 200ml coke, squeeze of lime, garnish with a lime wedge – nutmeg, cinnamon and smoky lapsang mingle with caramel and vanilla notes. Lifted with zing of lime.
- Get Fresh: 20ml Crossip Fresh Citrus, 200ml Blynk Focus – Apple & Camomile, garnished with cinnamon dust and served on the rocks in a highball glass.
- Pure Heaven: 25ml Crossip Hibiscus Pure, 200ml Blynk Calm – Blackberry Botanical, garnish with red berries. Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Stir until combined.
